Acquire my PhD in I/O Psychology. At the macrolevel, I have an interest in researching positive corporate cultures, what constitutes them, and how to create win-win situations for both management, their company people, and the society environmentally and socially.
Also, I am pioneering a new approach within the field of corporate ethnography, called Fortological (pooling from Strumpf) Complex Adaptive Systems ethnography or FCAS ethnography for short. I am curious about how alternative business organizations operate (i.e. Hock's Chaordic Model and Robertson's Holacracy Model, for example) with special emphasis on how intrapersonal/family and interpersonal well-being affects innovation and efficiency within these alternative practices.
